From the big auditorium in Taylor's college we had to move to the small and packed room which is clearly too small for the number of people present. Some of them had to stand through out the meeting :S

Please come to school on next monday (16 nov) at 7.30am to help arrange the tables and chairs for the SPM candidates alright! And please please be on time ;)

Agenda : 1. Projects Presentation - Each club should prepare Powerpoint slides regarding past and upcoming projects.
- Maximum time limit of 10 minutes per club.
- The presentation should contain NO MUSIC.
- The presentation must NOT be in video format.
- One representative speaker per club.
2. Q&A Session with RCC/Any Lions present 3. Meeting Adjourned. 4. Light Refreshments.
OH AND please remember to bring your own water bottles because we're trying to reduce wastage of plastic bottles. Water dispensers will be available at the venue :D
