Date : 4th - 6h of December 2009
Venue : White Resort Camp, Balik Pulau, Penang.
Fee : RM100 per pax (closing date is 15th November 2009)
(Includes a 2-night accommodation based on shared tents of 4 people, 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 1 dinner, 2 suppers & insurance coverage during the camp)
Limited for only 100 pax and it is based on a first-come-first-serve basis :)
There will be activities such as Cooking Competition, Team-building, Treasure Hunt and Fellowship will be further value-added with other camping skills sessions like the pitching of tents, selecting campsites and starting a fire :O
In order to ensure that your place in the camp is reserved, kindly return the registration form, duly signed, no later than 15th November 2009 :-

- Appropriate amount of payment in the form of crossed cheque or demand draft payable to : "LEO CLUB OF PENANG (CITY)"
- 2 colour passport size photographs of each participant (COMPULSORY)
- Retain photocopies of forms for own reference

Note :* Groups will be divided before the Leo Camp. Please refer HERE for more information.
** During the cooking competition, there must be 5 dishes, consisting of either a chicken or fish, rice of noodle, vegetable, soup and dessert or drink. Food and utensils should be self brought by the participants. The group members during the Leo Camp should contact each other for the arrangement.
